Adret Privacy Policy

  1. 1. You understand and agree that we will store and process your personal information and that by providing any information to us, you consent to the processing of your personal information for the purposes that are only related with the service and terms of this Agreement.
  2. 2. We may collect information that you actively give us when you sign up for an account, register for an event, ask for End User support, or buy a subscription plan from us.
  3. 3. We may collect information that is related to your navigation on our site, so that we could make improvements to the functionalities and features of our mobile application or to drive new feature/product development.
  4. 4. Adret will process certain of your employee's or End Users' data on behalf of your business as a service provider 'data processor;' and in such circumstances you agree that you will comply with the personal data protection or privacy rules that are applicable to you and as a data controller. You will be responsible for providing the data subjects with information on the processing of their personal information that satisfies the transparency and fairness requirements of the applicable personal data protection laws, and you will collect their personal data in a manner that fully respects the fundamental rights of your employees and End Users as a data subject.
  1. 1.1. We collect several types of information from and about users of the Adret mobile application and website; you might give your personal data and service data that,
    1. a. May personally identify you such as name, cell phone number, e-mail address, payment details, or GPS coordinates
    2. b. Your service data, that you feed into our system as part of your usage of our services
    3. c. About your internet connection, the equipment you use to access this application, or our website
  1. 1.2. We might collect this information
    1. a. Directly from you when you provide it to us
    2. b. Automatically as you navigate through our mobile application or website
    3. c. When you manually feed your service data to the system of our mobile application and/or website.
  1. 1.3. The information that we collect through our mobile application or website may include
    1. a. Information that you provide by filling in forms on our mobile application or website that includes the information you provide us with while registering, subscribing, paying, posting material, or requiring further service from us, like a backup password or account recovery services, or payment services that you may provide via the integrated third-party service providers
    2. b. Records and copies of your correspondence with us (through email or other formats)
    3. c. Details of transactions you carry out through our application
    4. d. Your inventory, store, expense, and income-related information that you provide to us in the course of making use of our services.
  1. 2.1. We use your information to provide the services you've requested, to create and maintain your accounts, and keep ourselves updated whenever unauthorized activity is taking place on your accounts. We analyze the information that we collect to understand your needs and to improve our services.
    1. 2.2. We try our best to limit access to your personal information to our employees, agents, and contractors who have a legitimate need to make use of your identifiable personal information. We only share your personal data with your prior consent and knowledge to third parties like developers, service providers, and domain registrars) that have appropriate security measures and a legitimate reason for using your information for the purpose of providing a service needed for you.
      1. 2.3. You have the right to get informed whenever your personal data is getting processed, the right to object processing that contravenes your right as a data subject, the right to demand the erasure of your personal data, restrict its processing, and data portability right as well.
        1. 2.4. We keep your personal information for as long as it is required for the purposes stated in this privacy policy. When we no longer have a legitimate need to process your personal information, we will delete, anonymize or isolate your information, whichever is appropriate, that will be decided on a case-by-case basis
          1. 2.5. We hold your personal data in your account so long as you choose to use Adret services. After you terminate your account, your personal data will be automatically deleted from our active database within a year and from our backups within a year and six months after that.
            1. 2.6. When you pay for our subscription service, we may ask you to provide your name, contact information, and payment account information.
              1. 2.7. We use temporary and permanent cookies to identify users of our services and to enhance your experience on the web version of our application. We embed unique identifiers in our downloadable products such as our Adret mobile application, to track the usage of our products and services. We also use cookies, beacons, tags, scripts, and other similar technologies to identify visitors, track website navigation, gather demographic information about our website's visitors and users
                1. 2.8. we collect information about your use of our mobile application from application logs, and in-house usage analytics tools, and use it to understand how we can improve the features of our mobile application to cater better to your needs and wants. The collected information from your logs in our application includes clicks, scrolls, features of the application accessed, time and frequency of your access of a certain feature, errors generated, performance data, storage utilized, user settings, configurations, and devices' respective location used to access our mobile application.
                  1. 3.1. In addition to the aforementioned purposes, we may collect your service data for the purpose of
                    1. a. Analyzing trends, administering our mobile application and website, track visitor navigation's on our websites to understand what visitors are looking for and to better help them.
                    2. b. Undergoing research and data analysis in relation to your pseudonymized user content, whose findings are going to be given to third parties in return for consideration.
                  1. 4.1. We do not sell any personal information of our End Users. However, our authorized independent contractors and employees may access your personal information on a need-to-know basis.
                    1. 4.2. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers, such as payment gateway service providers, payment processors, third-party service providers, web analytics, and service providers.
                      1. When you elect to allow it, the Adret mobile application will have access to your phone location, photo, microphone, and camera. The Adret application requires such access to provide its services fully and effectively to you.
                        1. We recognize that you own your service data. You will have complete control over the service data that is stored on our service, and as a result, you are entitled to access your service data.
                          1. 7.1. In order to provide complete services with our Adret mobile application, we engage with other third parties and entities such as independent contractors, payment processors, and payment gateway integrations.
                            1. 7.2. we may provide access to your service data to our employees and independent contractors of Adret so that they can
                              1. a. Identify, analyze, and resolve errors
                              2. b. Manually verify emails reported as spam to improve spam detection
                              3. c. To manually verify the photographed and/or scanned images that you submit to us as part of using our services
                            1. 7.3. We ensure that access to your service data by our employees and/or independent contractors is restricted to specific individuals.
                              1. 7.4. Our service integrates/allows integration of third-party products and services such as payment gateways and payment processors. If you choose to use third-party integrations to our service, you may be allowing third parties to access your service data and personal information about you. We recommend you read and update yourself with the privacy policies of the respective third-party integrations.
                                1. We retain your identified service data so long as you choose to use our services. Once you choose to terminate your Adret user account, your identifiable data will eventually get deleted from our active database; however your pseudonymized service data will be retained by us and such service data is going to be used internally by us for research purposes, and such service data after it gets pseudonymized and analyzed, it could be sold to third parties such as marketing analytics and consultancy entities, without your service data being identified specifically with you or with your entity
